To subscribe to the FLC podcast feeds, you'll need iTunes, or a news reader capable of handling RSS 2.0 with enclosures. All of the podcasts are in MP3 format. You can download the podcasts to your digital audio player, or listen to them right on your computer using Windows Media Player or Quicktime.

To subscribe to a Folsom Lake College podcast feed using iTunes:

1. Visit the Folsom Lake College Podcast Directory - http://wserver.flc.losrios.edu/~podcast
2. Right-click on the button that corresponds to the feed that interests you, then select “Copy Shortcut” (Internet Explorer) or “Copy Link Location” (Firefox/Netscape).
3. Start iTunes.
4. From the “Advanced” menu, select “Subscribe to Podcast”
5. In the “Subscribe to Podcast” window, right-click in the text area, select “Paste,” then click “Ok”
