Homework Guidelines

Your homework should be in the following format:

1. Written in pencil
2. Each section should be clearly labeled with the section number and the assigned problems should be listed
3. You must do the problems in the order assigned
4. Stapled in the upper left corner
5. Your name, class and the assignment number in the upper right corner
6. AFTER stapling, fold homework in half vertically
7. Write out each problem before beginning to work on it (you may summarize if it’s a word problem)
8. Circle all answers.

Your homework will be graded on:

1. Completeness
2. Correctness
3. Following the format directions
4. Solutions (not answers) clearly written out (SHOW ALL WORK)
5. Quality of solutions of the even problems
