The office of Admissions & Records at Folsom Lake College is responsible for the maintenance of the educational records of the college. This includes transcripts, academic records and grade reports. This office is also responsible for requests for official transcripts, enrollment verification, graduation petitions, name changes, address changes, residency, admission and registration.
